Unintended Consequences

Genre: Memoirs/Self-Help/Personal Growth

Author: Bill Shaner

Bill Shaner was a successful businessman. Everything was going right in his life and he was living a successful life. That all changed when Shaner almost lost his life in a construction accident. He survived, only to be told that there was a 99% chance that he would never walk again. However, he defeated the odds by walking again, and piecing together his life after a tragedy that could have paralysed him, both physically and psychologically.

Shaner’s journey of recovery led him on a spiritual journey that pulled him out of a deep depression, where fear was his constant companion. He discovered (or re-discovered) spiritual truths, universal laws, and life lessons. These, and more, are shared in his book, Unintended Consequences. He writes his story in an easy-to-read manner, and includes his own insights and personal experiences of his transformation through tragedy.
Bill Shaner used the lessons learned from his own personal tragedy to help inspire others. Unintended Consequences is Shaner’s first novel. He currently lives in Florida.
